What would motivate employees? Would it be: good labor relations, good working conditions, a good salary or maybe job security? According to the latest theories people talk about the importance of a company's shared values or corporate culture with which the staff can identify. Financial targets motivate only a few as they would be merely 'satisfiers' not 'motivators'.
