If you were given a possibility to choose your future employer then who would you work for?
Amanda: "I believe that if a person is given freedom in decision making he can find satisfaction in what he does. Delegating responsibility is encouraging people to use their initiative, so they don't have to run to me about everything. Additionally, it gives the employees the feeling that they are valued. I haven't achieved success on my own, many people work with me and become involved and I gain more time for planning, control, further development and most importantly time that I can devote to my employees."
Philip: "I don't believe in motivation. You have to keep an eye on employees the whole time. They need constant supervision....
