Entrepreneurship | There are already hundred start-ups operating in the capital of Małopolska region. The best of them helped Krakow attract more than half a billion PLN from investors.

Start-ups are opened and closed at a fast pace. That is why their number is constantly changing. There are about 100 of them in Krakow. However, we treat start-up definition more broadly, there may be as many as 200-300 such companies, and there are also academic projects and innovative ideas implemented in the evenings by people who have a job but are looking for a way to start their own, prospering business.

In Krakow there are already about 100 thousand people creating an "ecosystem" of fans of technological solutions. About 750 events are held in the city every year, more than two a day, including weekends and holidays.
