How companies motivate their employees
Nowadays everybody knows that employees are a very precious asset of every company. Just pick a book on management, read a couple of lines and you will see what emphasis is placed there on human resources. People are perceived as capital that handled properly generates profits. The only question is HOW to make the most of one's employees and at the same time keep them motivated. In an attempt to answer this key question companies create complicated systems, introduce new procedures and run various projects.
