Politicians have no answer to the crisis

A year of devaluation has passed. The devaluation did not concern only money, promises made by politicians or forecasts of economists. It was also a devaluation of summits – debates, extraordinary sittings of governmental marathons, conferences of last resort, and also rescue programmes that turned out to be yet another froth at the end of the day. This year's forum in Krynica takes place right after the summit of presidents of central banks and right before the next sitting of the Council of Europe that politicians will leave as helpless as one, two and three years ago....
